Tubatsi Moloi
Tubatsi Moloi is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Moloi Energy Holdings, a South African energy company focused on the development of utility-scale renewable energy infrastructure.
Driven by a long-term vision for South Africa’s energy future, Tubatsi founded Moloi Energy with the ambition of developing reliable, scalable and economically sustainable power-generation projects.
His focus extends beyond energy generation itself. He is committed to building a company founded on engineering excellence, financial discipline, strategic partnerships and long-term value creation.
With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a vision to participate in the transformation of South Africa’s energy landscape, Tubatsi is working to position Moloi Energy Holdings as a serious player in the country’s growing renewable-energy sector.

Moloi Energy Holdings is a South African energy development company focused on the development, financing, constructon and long-term ownership of utility-scale renewable energy infrastucture.
Our primary focus is the development of large-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) generation projects, supported by battery energy storage and modern grid infrastructure where appropriate. Our flagship development is a 650 MW utility-scale solar project in the Nothern Cape, positioned to contribute significant new renewable generational capacity to South Africa’s electricity system.
We operate with a long-term Independent Power Producer (IPP) perspective – developing projects from site identification and feasibility through permitting, grid connection, financing, construction and comercial operation.
